You fill in a short questionnaire and attach any previous reports you have.
Selection and plan
We find a doctor for your case, send them your records in advance and discuss your questions. The doctor draws up the programme, we book the appointments.
Arrival and support
We meet you, accompany you to appointments and interpret. Your examination runs calmly and without waiting.

So that no one is left alone with a diagnosis
My name is Viktoria Eliseeva-Amon. Since 2008 I have been helping patients get the best medical care in Germany, and now in the UAE as well.
I know how frightening it is to face a diagnosis in a foreign country without knowing the language or the system. That's why we help at every stage: we find the doctor, prepare the documents and interpret at appointments. And I personally keep every case under control. Clarity, confidentiality and genuine care are the foundation of my work.
And we don't say goodbye at the airport. After they leave, patients write to us when new test results arrive, when they have questions for the doctor or need to know what to do next.
